Publié le 17 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family had a great stay, we enjoyed the view. The pool table was wobbly and the foosball table Was broken. There were a ton of loose dogs in the neighborhood. Our power went out twice while I was cooking dinner for a couple hours and then in the morning why I was cooking breakfast, Which was a bummer, but it was Due to the weather. A woodstove. Would’ve been nice in that time.

Thank you for your feedback Judd. We are sorry that you believe that you had any added fees. All DoneRight Management fees are presented on the screen prior to a guest confirming their reservation. So, when you confirmed your booking on VRBO's website, you would have seen the total cost including all fees prior to entering your credit card or agreeing to the reservation. There are no fees added after you confirm your reservation unless you add something on such as a pet or if you extend your stay etc. (those things would require additional payment of course.) There is service fee that VRBO charges their guests for using their website (not DoneRight Management), but you would have seen that in your total cost prior to confirming your reservation as well. We do not charge a service fee. We really wish you would have reached out to us with your frustrations so that we would have had the opportunity to help you during your stay. Please always feel free to reach out to your host no matter who they are or where you're staying. We (and I think I speak for all hosts) want our guests to be happy! We would love to understand why you believe that you paid more than you agreed to pay when you made your reservation through VRBO's website. Please reach out to our office if you would like to discuss this further or have any questions. Thank you, and we do hope that you had a wonderful time in McCall!

Perfect mountain getaway

This place was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time.
Publié le 17 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe only negative was when the landscaping people came to mow the lawn right at dinner time when we were sitting down to eat. Very loud so we ended up leaving as our dog was going crazy. A little heads up would have been nice more maybe could schedule to come during the times the house is vacant. We did contact the property management and found out that it was the owners who scheduled this to be done, so no fault of the property management.

It is next to impossible to coordinate a service with an outside company to only happen when the home is vacant. Loved it!

Loved it and will be back!
Publié le 28 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayI should say that we hated it so people don't rent this place but that would be a lie. It was clean, nice sheets, towels and pillows. Fully stocked and ready for you to cook. River access and trails are close. About a 10 min drive into town.
