No Customer service at all
From the get go whomever is in charge of communications for this property didn’t have a rat about us. We paid for early check in, but had to wait by the door for 20 minutes in order to get in because none one was answering the phone, or texting us back with the new code for the door. Things got worse from there. The place look cozy when entering, but it’s was extremely cold, the oven was filthy and the giant Fan in the living area was also dirty, cat or dog hair on the furniture and blankets, also all over the bed in the main bedroom. Garbage under the bed, leftover ferial or baby food one of the other. The whaler and dryer was also so dirty I was socked they were actually re ting this place without even checking to see if the cleaning crew was doing their job first. In the middle of the night a loud noise coming from the bathroom woke us up, around 5 am. I recorded a video and texted the company about it because we tough a pipe bursted and the bathroom was going to get flooded,, needles to say no one got back to us at any time. The wooden stove stoped working, and we were literally freezer and had no way to turn the thermostat up in order to get more heat in to the cabin. One bad experience ce after another. As soon as we woke up we packed, contacted the office again Via TEXT because no one picked up the phone once to talk to us, and left the property less than 24 hours after arrival. Horrible customer service. Got a text back with excuses, nothing else.
