Outstanding property within short drive of down town McCall and Payette lake. The only issue is lack of free WiFi

Quiet and clean, well appointed and spacious unit. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the separate games room.All appeared well maintained. Spotting wandering deer was a bonus!

We like how nice the rooms are and the layout. We have stayed there quite a bit, so now I'm being picky. You could put a scrubbing sponge in the kitchen sink instead of a pad. Also better dish soap. The biggest thing was that there was a lot of black mold in the pool area. On the ceiling, walls, and beams. That was pretty gross. Should get that looked at.

Hot Tub? what Hot Tub
Publié le 22 févr. 2024 sur HotelsStaff was very knowledgeable about the area, things to do, places to eat etc...only drawback was that hot tub was not working and front desk didnt know it and said it would be available by Wednesday evening, IT WAS NOT nor was it when we checked out on Thursday. They did let us go to a nearby property and let us hottub there, but very inconvenient and when we checked in, we were told hottub was working and would be throughout our stay. Before i made my online reservations, i was also told hottub was working and would be during our stay. (I ALWAYS CHECK THIS WHEN WE TRAVEL, I MAKE SURE LODGING HAS A HOT TUB AND ITS IN WORKING ORDER, AND MAKE MY RESERVATIONS ACCORDINGLY)
I realize things happen, but was told after they spoke with maintenance that it was SCHEDULED to be down (VERY INTERESTING THAT FRONT DIDNT KNOW AT THE TIME, BEFORE RESERVATION, nor WHEN WE CHECKED OUT...VERY POOR COMMUNICATION)
I know its sounds petty, and knitpicky, but its my money and preference.

Overall it went well besides the night desk clerk reprimanding my children while we were checking out a movie. They were playing with a ball that was for sale in the gift shop. What really frustrated me is she cut my husband off right as he was telling them to not play with anything to reprimand them herself. From the moment we walked in she seemed to not want to help us and we weren't welcome.
