The main sign isn’t there. It made it hard to find after dark. There was a small sign on the wall, but it had no lighting. The clerk only gave us one key card. We had to ask for a second one, but it didn’t work.

The pictures from online were not as accurate. Pool was very cold. In the mornings, showers didnt have any hot water. Evening the water would be warm. Cable cut out on the tv

Did not get the room i booked. My friend had to pay extra for a disabled room! Not okay after I spoke with owner/manager day of booking. Won’t use again.

The pictures on the site do NOT in any way reflect the reality of the conditions the hotel is currently in! There is no water in the pool, the hot tub is covered, there is NOT a pool table or arcade games and the hotel has a terrible odor. The room was very dirty, bugs in the corners, and in the area where the mini fridge was supposed to be located. The jet tub was so gross there was no way I would consider using it or the shower. If I could have gotten a refund and wasn't so exhausted there is no way I would have stayed. I feel completely cheated due to the false advertisement and false reviews!! I spent 150.00 for a room that was crap, the mattress was horrible and the bedding old and ultra thin. The parking area is dirty and dark, no security lights in an area of town that is not super safe at night.

Checking was easy. Sure, it’s an outdated building. The room we were in was recently painted. Looked sharp. Quiet even though we had a room next to the “Court yard”. Very impressed with the updates that were done. Will be staying again.

We arrived a day early and the hotel manager was so friendly and helpful. Our first room had a broken bed. Our second room had no hot water. The hotel needs some electrical work but yhe staff was super friendly and did what they could to help, including allowing the family to shower in another room. Pool and spa were down until the day we left. Overall, wonderful stay.

Our stay was okay. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service but were assured it would be working when we will be staying the end of the month. Ice machine was also out of service.
