Great location, fab to sit outside and look at the sea. Everything was great .. however new bathroom down stair, is not very functional, has no shower screen and shower water goes everywhere including on the toilet. Owners had just renovated this bathroom, so there maybe some adjustments to be made.. apart from that very lovely:)

Thank you for your review, yes the bathroom had just been renovated downstairs but had not been finished. The property you rented was for the upstairs area only and opened up for you to use the toilet facilities only. IT has now been completed with new shower, toilet basin and tiling.

This was a gorgeous place to stay in. Spacious, luxurious bedrooms & definitely a fabulous view! Wish we had more time to spend here

50's house with beach views
Publié le 22 oct. 2018 sur HotelsThis is a great beach-house with a conscious 50's vibe but up-to-date amenities. The view out over the bay and the town is inspiring and it's a short drive in for dinner. The grassy shared back garden soaks up the afternoon sun which was much needed during the cool spell of our trip but the front deck would provide welcome shade in the heat ! The one negative is the bathroom which needs a better shower.

Thanks for your lovley review, we love the retro vibe also with all the modern amenities. Bathroom unfortunately had the shower screen removed by previous guests, all fixed now and in working order. Thanks Julia

The Surfs up one is our retro styled property which has had lot of fun funky items put in such as the mini juke box, record player table , 50s Art pieces is fun to search for all the collectables in the house. Great Apartment with little touches perfect!
Publié le 3 juin 2018 sur ExpediaWe stayed recently for a couple of nights and loved our stay. Whilst not directly in Victor Harbor the view makes up for it, and the town is a few minutes drive down the road.
Very well furnished and lots of space, small things like a book to read, game to play make it a perfect destination.
If we come back will stay here again for sure!

Hi, Thank you for your lovely review. Now for winter is a perfect time to stay either rug up and read a book inside with those views. Otherwise head out and about and explore the region with the amazing wineries such as the "Cube" at D'Arenberg or try and spot a whale with the Southern Right Whale using the bay at Victor Harbor as a nursery for their babies. Not a hotel
Publié le 6 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaThe owner is very nice, but it's not a hotel or apartment. It's a two storage house. The owner is living on top of you. You can hear they walking upstairs. The DVD player is broken, not much to entertain. Not very suitable for young people.
Very nice view and good location, but a bit disappointed. This place should be on Airbnb, not here.

Pour : We loved it this hotel was a wonderful experience .Everything about this hotel was magical .
Clean and well equipped and great place .
Contre : This place is fantastic .
Emplacement : The best in Victor Harbor and the Fleurieu Peninsula .
the views from this apartment are the best . They are world standard .
The apartment is well located and the beach and walking trail that is adjacent delightful . The bed and facilities comfortable .
Everything you would want for a stay is provided . We elected to have a breakfast and cheese platter which were provided in a basket and we were able to choose when to eat them . They were generous and enjoyable with local products .
The staff were brilliant who personally contacted us to check that we were comfortable .
The decor was lovely ,we stayed in the Adare apartment , but our friends stayed in Surfsup and it was beautiful as well .
We cannot recommend this apartment and the staff more highly .This is a professionally run establment that is five star in all regards .location. ,decor and services .

Hi, Thank you for your lovely review. Pleased you enjoyed the cheese platter and breakfast, we have wonderful produce on the Fleurieu Peninsula and is wonderful to supply them. Our apartments are just some of our properties that we have. Perhaps you would like to see our other accommodation for your next stay for something different.
