The hotel does not reflect the photos. If my husband did not have class in the morning we would leave. I can’t even shower here.

The staff are excellent. I needed up staying here for over a month while in transition. They were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was seamless. The issue I have is the cleanliness of the entire facility. The fitness center is outdated and very cramped. The rooms are not clean. I had to go buy cleaning products and do a deep cleaning in my room. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated at all. For several weeks my toilet would not flush so I had to fill the tank with water to get it to flush. There was an issue with the water once and we did not have water for several hours on multiple occasions. They really need to update the entire hotel. For the price it was okay however I still think upgrades can be made.

i didnt like how i had to pay extra to get in my room early

Won’t stay there again

Walking in not a good impression. Smokers handing around entrance, floors in hallways looked dirty. Some mildew in shower door track. Staff checking in and out were very friendly. When we left a little after the breakfast time ended, the desk agent offered to get us some bananas.
