The home we stayed at was so beautiful. We always have an amazing time booking this location. The mountains were amazing. We had our own private house with a grill and we just had a great time. Hurry and book it I’m sure you will not be disappointed

The light on stove didn’t work, the jets in tub didn’t work and the tub was dirty. A/c would not work we had to buy fans and nobody was responsive to us trying to get help with anything just told someone would come

The unit thatbi was given was brand new. We were the first guests to stay in it. It was very spacious, decorated nicely, with two gas fireplaces. Definitely a great place to retreat!

When we arrived and tried to checkin, a lady at the front desk told us that there is no any reservation for my name in their system. I showed her the confirmation letter and text message from expedia and after long coversation with her manager she notified me that they need to re-book a reservation. She did a rebook but it occured that they did a reservation with downgrade of level of booked apartments. Finaly webhad to ask to redo it once again to meet theprimary reservation.
