Newly renovated home available for family vacations for every season! Four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, up to date appliances, laundry, dyer, netted outdoor patio area, grill, billiards, foosball.
Go on a hike, a round of golf, the mountain adventure park, or a swim at the water park in the summer just minutes away. This is a beautiful getaway with skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter! Our home is a quiet and spacious place for every family looking for some fun. Super family friendly area within the resort, minutes driving distance to Ski slopes, tubing, adventure park, water park, hiking, golfing, and many more! cousins get together in Massanutten
this home is as lovely as pictured...even more so. Spacious, nicely decorated, clean with ample room for 8-10 guests as listed. The home is tucked away in one of the secluded neighborhoods of Massanutten resort which offers many amenities. I would recommend reviewing their website prior to your visit. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the screened in porch, enjoying conversation & coffee. However, there is a large game room too! We prepared several meals in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. There are so many fun things to do in this area. It was centrally located for all of us coming from MD & PA! The mountain views are awesome! Be sure to drive up to the summit! So many wonderful wineries, breweries & restaurants with in a short drive. Harrisonburg VA & JMU are nearby. it is a vibrant, interesting small city. Our host was quick to respond to questions about the resort prior to booking but brief. he did not respond to small list of incidentals that i wanted him to be aware of. (ie: broken shelf in closet, not enough hand towels, wash clothes) nothing major. The only downside was that you had to put your trash in your car & drive it to a designated dumpster area. Suggestion...Please provide heavy duty trash bags. Everyone agreed that the home was perfect & we would definitely return & recommend to family & friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed the stay. Very convenient with Massanutten and near JMU. Some nice sight seeing. The property is well maintained and very quick response time by the manager. They are strict on checkout times. I got a message 15 min before checkout warning me that the housekeeper was waiting on us and that I had 15 min. This was after a snafu at checkin where, even though we were an hour late for checkin, the property wasn’t quite ready. Not a big deal, especially since we booked the day before. Loved some of the extras like a guitar and pool table. Would definitely recommend!

Overall the stay with this property was good. The home is beautiful and in great location distance wise from food, skiing, and places outside the resort. The home is beautiful in the pictures and in person. Parking was great as well. We had 4 cars so two in the garage and the other two in the driveway. We didn’t run into any problem with neighbors. The only minor things were the microwave didn’t work during our stay, fridge wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and the bathroom shower curtains were dirty.

Weekend getaway
The house was a great size to accommodate our party. The host was great with communication and the location of the house was very convenient for our weekend at Masanutten. However, we did find mold in one the showers and also had a very rude encounter with the neighbor about parking accommodations that were clearly stated in the rule book provided in the house.

Loved it!
The house was an accurate description. Tastefully decorated, comfortable mattresses and accommodated the (6) of us easily. Three finished levels with room to isolate with a good book on your kindle. I believe communication is key, the property owner was amazing! We will definitely rent this property again.

Great weekend for JMU football
Great place to stay for a family weekend trip up to JMU for the football game. Property was very spacious and just as the pictures show. Had a great time and the guitar player in our family thoroughly enjoyed the guitar that was on property! Would definitely book again!

Property is beautiful and updated. However the owner decided to put money into everything but the hot water tank. He knew the water didn’t work from previous reviews and still rented to us. He was also rude when I reached out . All 8 of us were forced to take cold showers in the winter for 2 days . Unbelievable!!

Small problems
Very nice place to stay but it need to be a backup plan for holidays. We didn’t have hot water and no heat blowing downstairs. Landlord/Owner told us to stay upstairs and take a bath a public bathroom in the cold. Didn’t try to give a small refund. Also I give him pictures to show him everything.

The stay here was wonderful. Really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving in this beautiful house with my family. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. When I tell you this house was equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay away from home so comfortable. House was very clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again
