Foxhaven was inspired by the first animal we spotted on the property - the playful and enlightening Red Fox!

Foxhaven Chalet is a 4 bedroom 3 bath chalet situated on Massanutten mountain overlooking the resort golf course with views of the ski slopes during the winter. Foxhaven is fully loaded with everything you need for your vacation with a fully stocked kitchen for your family meals, propane firepit, coffee bar, complimentary s'mores kit, game room, TV lounge, high-speed wifi, yard games, baby/toddler amenities, toys, kid's themed bunkroom, and more!


BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: King size bed upstairs with in-suite bathroom/shower and TV (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: King size bed on main floor with TV (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: King size bed on main floor with TV (sleeps 2)
Downstairs: Full size bunk bed in one area and twin size bunkbed in a small adjoining room (sleeps up to 6)

PET-FRIENDLY
- You are welcome to bring up to 2 trained dogs on your vacation. Contact us if you are considering bringing dogs to make sure they will be approved. If you provide the number of dogs, type, breed, and an overview of their temperament, we can expedite getting an answer back to you.
- Pet Fee: $100 per dog
- All pets are subject to pre-approval; we reserve the right to cancel reservations that have not gotten their pets pre-approved.


PARKING
Paved roads lead up the mountain to Foxhaven and you will have parking for up to 4 vehicles on our flat, paved driveway in a secluded, private section of the resort.


We are excited to share Foxhaven Chalet with your family or group and know you will love it as much as our family does! We are always available by VRBO message or call whenever you need us and we are determined to ensure that you have an unforgettable and hassle-free vacation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property and all of the amenities. Your check-in will be touchless utilizing a Smart Lock to access the house.
Other things to note

Massanutten Resort Community Rules:
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Keep noise indoors during these hours
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents

PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road
- Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host

OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires
- No unattended fires
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions

ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas

PETS
- Leash always required when outside
- Clean up after your pets

TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property
- Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 (take the 3rd left after you turn onto Peak Dr and see the sign that says "Household Waste")
