Perfect relaxation and peace at the Owls Nest!
Publié le 18 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed three nights at this beautiful place in Deep Creek lake and had the most wonderful time! The hosts truly thought of every need you might have, and they were very communicative and informative about the property and surrounding areas. The cabin and hot tub / grounds are immaculately maintained and kept. We barely needed to leave once but did go to enjoy a morning hike at Swallow Falls. We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon!

Publié le 7 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwaySuper clean! The hot tub was great. Well stocked kitchen. The owners had lots of extras to make our stay special, travel size soaps and lotions, a gift bag if goodies. We were there for two nights and I definitely would've liked to stay longer.

Everything you need for a great get away!
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis by far was one of the best rental we have stayed at, and we have at a few. This original rustic cabin, is updated and has a very cozy, comfy feel to it. It is stocked with such attention to detail. Everything you could want. Very clean inside and out. Would highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again.

Nice little vacation
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe love this little cabin on the lake. This is our second time here, and we always have a great time. It has everything you need to enjoy the lake and the mountains. The kids loved fishing off the dock, the hot tub, and the "Frog Walk." We even took the kayak this year since it was beautiful weather. Thank you for the ingredients to make s'mores and for all your other amenities. You are very thoughtful about what is already available in the cabin. We look forward to returning in the future.

The perfect home away from home!

We originally booked this location because of the incredible location and how much there seemed to be on the property. From the hot tub, to the available kayaks, to the gardens and basketball hoop -- we used everything and had an absolute blast! The house itself is incredible cozy the location is beautiful! Plus communication with the hosts, Dave and Pearle, was proactive, clear, and very appreciated.
I'd say the only "negative" was that our group didn't book for longer :) The whole time everyone talked about how we couldn't wait to come back on another trip!
