Not clean. Nothing up to date. NO A/C!!!!

There was absolutely no AC.
It mentions that there is but there is not.
The spray on the sink was completely broken.
The fridge didn’t close properly.
It leaked the whole time and got water everywhere
Disappointed In the cleanliness of the property and lack of updates.

Family getaway

Lots of things to do during the day, boating, fishing, putt putt, arcade, go karts, mountain coaster, etc & then relax in the hot tub in the evenings. If you have teenagers like me, they can hang out on their phones with the wifi provided & watch movies. It was perfect for all of my kids, from 2 to 15

AC not working and poor communication
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe got there on one of the hottest days of the year so far and the AC didn't work. After 6 hours of trying to find someone to look at it, we were told they couldn't come until the next morning but there was no way we could sleep there. We were told to find another place to stay and we would get a full refund but all the communication since then has been that they are unsure what's going on and they will get back to us yet they don't bother to get back to us. Would not recommend.

Don't look for help.
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwaySuperficially, the townhouse is fine. No A/C. Called for help with broken window louvers (5 of 6 windows couldn't be opened), and no one came out. I spoke to the assistance line twice. Both times they said they would escalate the problem, to no avail. Access to the lake is limited to owners and their guests, so I am not sure whether we should have been down there. Access to grocery store (expensive)/restaurants was fine. I would recommend this place for winter -- but bring your own wood!

Disappointing

The kitchen faucet leaks, the toilets were hard to flush...some rooms looked mid-renovation w/ spackling half done, etc. Board games were all mish-mash and missing pieces so impossible to play. The gym/pool membership that we were told was included is NOT included no matter how many times we were told it was, the actual gym says its not. If you have an issue and call Vacasa, they say they will pass the info on to the "local" property company who then never gets back to you.

Week stay in early June
Publié le 17 juin 2023 sur HomeAwaySlightly outdated and NO AC which is our worst critique. If this was late July or August we would have been screwed.
Beautiful area! Lots to do and good food just down the road. Condo hot tub not as private as we would have liked. Outside grill was nice to utilize along with the washer and dryer. Easy to get to and a nice walk down to the lake. Had everything we needed regarding towels/dishes/garbage bags/etc.

Publié le 10 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe furniture needs updating and perhaps you update the entire place. The walls need patching and painting. One of the dining room chairs is broken, the glass shower door in the 1st bedroom is broken and patio door doesn’t lock. The second door isn’t stable.

Nice Getaway
Publié le 3 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was very nice and clean and had a great view of both the lake and the mountain. The bed I had looking towards the mountain was ok but not the softest. My mom and niece and nephew said their beds were fine. Was a little disappointed when we got that that we couldn't get in, so I had to call the help line and they kept trying and finally gave me another code to get in the house. Also the extra Bed in the loft was gone so my nephew slept on the couch which he was ok with. Overall we had a wonderful time spending with Family and would definetly rent this house again :)
