College visit

It was fun to explore and the grill and outside seating were delightful in the evenings to sit out and stare at the stars and relax after a busy day. Came to visit our daughter in college and staying up in the tree's made it feel like a relaxing get away. Far enough away but close enough to everything we wanted to do and see. I would love to see the kitchen stocked with more condiments and spices, aside from that we were able to home cook some meals for our girl. Since there are 5 girls in our fam, maybe a few full length mirrors in each room would be nice for "getting ready." Loved it here, comfy, clean, plenty of bedding and towels and everything we needed.

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay. Had everything our family needed and more. Close enough to restaurants and the ocean but far enough away from the noise of traffic and the city. Definitely would recommend and would stay there again!!

Family vacation
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is wonder. The house is nice, but the house does not have air conditioning and due to the heatwave during our stay, even with available fans, the house became increasingly uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

We're glad you enjoyed the home! It is in the listing that the home does not have a/c and there's not much we can control about a regional heatwave. It is not practical for homes in the area to have a/c since we rarely see temps above 70 such as this instance. We're glad you were otherwise able to enjoy and soak up the sun and gorgeous views!

Falcon Perch Feedback

It was inadequately furnished: needed more silverware and cups; more of a variety of cooking utensils; dish towels and cloths; basic cleaning supplies; 1 or 2 boxes of tissue; a plunger (just in case); games to play; disclosure of no air conditioning; and a warning about the big rig construction vehicles on very rough narrow roads.

Better Than Advertised.

Communicative and response host made for easy check-in/out.
Highly recommend. Worked perfectly for our Redwoods trip, wish we could have stayed longer.
P.S.
Majestic wildlife was a major perk. Property is aptly titled.

Great Getaway

The only draw back is the road to house is not well maintained. My jeep had no problems but it can be bumpy and muddy if you are in a normal car.
Loved it overall, highly recommend it.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at the home! We live a rural area on county roads so while they are paved there are some pot holes. We frequent the road in a low riding chevy volt, as long as your drive slow and are aware it presents little issue!
