Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayExterior pictures are out of date as the outside has not been maintained. Weeds overgrown and deck needs to be stained. Interior was not clean. Hair on the wall in the shower, toilet exterior dirty and rice in the sink kitchen sink drain trap. Overall dissapointed in this property.

I'm so sorry to hear that the landscaping and cleaning at Stone House didn’t meet your expectations. We didn't hear from you during your stay, so we assumed everything was going well, but I understand now there were some areas that needed attention.
We’re actively working on the fall cleanup, and we’ll be staining the deck as soon as we get a few consistent dry days to ensure it’s done properly. Also, we’ll be re-training the cleaner to address those details that were missed. Thank you for your feedback—it really helps us enhance the experience for future guests.

Family vacation

Family get away
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice cabin, plenty of space for 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs, everyone had their own bed! Main bathroom was very nice the smaller bathroom has a very very tiny shower but glad to have the extra toilet. Nice, quiet and central to many exploring options.
Wished the deck would have had a roof over it as the sun beating on it when grilling or just sitting would have been better since no shade, just a suggestion 😉

Great Cottage Getaway
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here with family on a mini-vacation. The lake was beautiful, the yard inviting, and the inside was cozy. There were a couple small issues when we arrived, but the communication from the property manager was great! We would stay here again.

Two Paws Up!
Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife, two Labradors and I had a wonderful stay at the Stone House. The location was convenient to many local attractions. The house exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room, decent WIFI, AC for the hot days. There were water toys for the lake. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake each day and taking walks. It's difficult to find a rental that will allow two larger dogs and we are grateful to have found this place. We will happily return to Stone House for another visit.

Didn’t want to leave!!
Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay!! We came up for along weekend and first impression was it is the perfect spot and then we walked in and it seriously felt like home. The master bedroom has the perfect view of the water. Nice waterfront property and you’re not on top of your neighbors! The boys had a good time fishing and the girls relaxed by the fire pit. Will be back!

Very cozy!!!

We came for ice fishing and caught over 20 pike in a few days. Management was also very responsive when we had a question.
