I can’t believe I paid over $500 for two nights at this dump! It’s on the level of Motel 6… floors were dirty with crumbs and chips, another woman’s hairs were in the bed, the tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom, the person above us stomped around ALL weekend, the entryway smells musty. Red Lion should be ashamed and honestly I want a refund!

We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling every three minutes throughout the night. Didn’t bother us too much, but had to hold the handle down to flush.

Above all the staff is outstanding; quick to offer help & personally (quickly with a smile) brings all you need to your room so you can stay relaxed (this truly is a rare trait for even the best hotels). Staff not only knew my name but my 3 kids as well & always greeted us with a genuine openness. We’ve been here 4 days & it’s been entirely a positive experience.
