Check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections were typical for Hampton Inn, but good nonetheless.

When we got to the room, everything seemed fine. When it came time for bed, we noticed that the drinking glasses were filthy, there was grabage inside the pull-out couch and there were some sort of stains (looked like blood) on the comforter in one of the beds. We also noticed the AC unit was also leaking making the carpet area around it soaking wet. I tried to call the front deak about the AC but no one answereed the phone so i went downstairs. Later in the night I notified the front desk staff about the rest of the issues and they gave me a cleaned comforter. Agent did offer to moved us but then said they didnt have any other suite available so we stayed in the room. I did tell them about all of this so we wouldn't be charged for any damages these issues might cause.

No transportation to class reunion Staff was not helpful Fire alarm went off and everyone vacated Will NOT stay there again!

Thank you for being an Honors member!My apologies for the trolley to your reunion. The sign was discarded after not seeing the trolley all day. However, we did reach out to the taxi service in town for your transportation. You declined. The fire alarm company did have an error in the system during your stay. It was disarmed within minutes. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you!

Bed was very comfortable, very clean room, air conditioning was very comfortable and not noisy, walk-in shower had very good water pressure, breakfast in the morning was top notch.

Good ut could have been great

My stay was great except for the fat I did not have a desk chair and I requested one three times an it never was corrected

Our room was well-equipped with all our needed amenities. The shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast variety was good and mostly tasty...except for the sausage gravy, which tasted like it came from a can and used artificial sausage. The staff were mostly friendly. I was a bit disappointed to find no attendant at the desk on three separate occasions...only a sign saying someone would be back soon. I found "soon" to be much longer than my patience. I also found it odd that there was no cleaning of the rooms overnight. I think that is the first time we have encountered this. It also seemed odd to be told that the complimentary cookies provided in the evening are not available on the weekend, even though the room rate is higher on the weekend (that was a disappointment to grandchildren and grandparents alike)!
