Front desk clerk was great. First room we couldn’t get into the room, had to go back to office to get new key cards to a different room (desk clerk was great, she had the cards ready when I walked in) hall ways and stairs were dirty, trash piled up over the sides of the trash cans and on the floor in the stair well entry. The room had two missing lights in the ceiling, bathroom was so dim you could hardly see what your doing, hairs in the beds between the “clean” sheets, tons of cracker and chip crumbs under the pull out sofa, no sheets for pull out, only a stained mattress. From the reviews it said older but clean and I’m fine with that but this is beyond that.

The room was clean. Pool looked nice. We were not at hotel much so we did not swim. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a floor level room courtyard view. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good. Room was clean.

This place has deteriorated over the years. Stayed here many times but it is falling apart now. Ac unit was showing daylight from outside. Room full of dead gnats. No refrigerator. Got a different room in a different section but obviously needs help.
