However, we have recently installed a new dishwasher and are considering whether to add it to the listing or retain it as an unadvertised amenity for our guests' enjoyment. It's worth noting that we do not require guests to wash dishes, but we provide towels, silverware, and a selection of cooking utensils for their convenience. If there is something specific a guest requires and we don't have it, we often provide it or acquire the necessary tool or item. -Regarding the cat smell concern, we meticulously remove pet hair after a guest with pets checks out. While a friend with a cat did stay downstairs, we did not notice any lingering odor after their departure. We were not made aware of any issues during your stay, and we encourage guests to promptly reach out if they encounter any concerns. Our on-site presence allows us to be readily available, and we provide our cell number for convenient communication. As a pet-friendly property, we use Febreze on soft surfaces as a standard practice. -Upon your early departure, we proactively contacted you to confirm that everything was satisfactory, which was the first opportunity we had to address any concerns. We expressed our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced and offered a discount on a future stay, which, unfortunately, you declined due to your severe cat allergies. We genuinely wish that you had felt comfortable reaching out earlier, and we sincerely wished you a safe journey home.
