Nice hotel,poor service.
Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HotelsPoor customer service, person at the reception was rude and uninterested in his job.in the morning at 11.20 we get loud banging on the door and very rudely the person just asks, are you checking out?
Never in years of traveling we've experienced something like this.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, breakfast options were okay, but do-able. I wish more towels and toiletries were in the room for when the hotel knows people will be staying longer (we stayed three days) also, the pool area is very small and only 4ft. Deep. Small pool towels are in the pool room, which I think larger ones should be available. Pillows are thin, two to sleep with even three is not enough. Pull out bed is very uncomfortable, I wish more blankets/pillows were available in the room as well.
Otherwise, great place to stay!

The breakfast has really gone downhill since being there last October. Especially the fruit. Otherwise, a great stay.
