Going forward, we'll ensure to better communicate how to adjust the temperature right away to suit your needs. It typically warms up to the set temperature within about 10 minutes. Additionally, we are working on an upgrade to allow for remote adjustments, so we can have everything set and ready for our guests in the future.Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you and your group again on future trips.

Here are the actions we are taking based on your comments:- We have ordered additional box springs to raise the beds by 8 inches, making it easier to get in and out of them.- We have plans to remodel the bathroom.- We will invest in a taller toilet and install grab handles for added convenience and safety.- There is excellent dock fishing available and guests can bring their own boats.- Due to the cabin's remote location, boat rentals are not available on the lake.- We are considering adding a fishing boat to the property in the future.- Currently, we offer fishing kayaks for guests to enjoy.- We offer a large DVD collection and HDMI capability for streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.- Birch Haven Getaway is designed to encourage guests to unplug, with numerous indoor and outdoor activities available.Again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
