Excellent hotel with no wifi

Excellent hotel overall. But during my whole stay, wifi never worked. It is such a nice hotel, but poor wifi? It is totally unacceptable. They were not able to fix the wifi, even after complained more than 5 times. I wanted to extend my stay more, but because of wifi, i checked out to different hotel. Everything else was fantastic, so nice bed, very clean hotel, very nice and helpful staffs. I really wanna go there back again, hopefully they fix th wifi problem.

Location very convenience for those who want to catch flight.. But also convenience as it located at town centre..walking distance to merdeka walk. Short fall is near to buzy Road and train.. May hv some noise for certain people..

Good for overnight if flying early, or arriving late. Rasy to get to Centrale Mall, for cafe and restaurant.

everything seems ok except for breakfast at starbucks is so less and the same thing everyday. They should provide a proper breakfast for guests.

The Wi-Fi is down for 95% of the time. Need to look into this. It's definitely not ideal for business traveller.
