J'ai réservé mon séjour avec plus d'un mois d'avance, une chambre NON-FUMEUR. Je n'ai pas réservé dernière minutes. et quand je suis arrivée à l'hotel pour prendre ma chambre, on nous a dit que l'hotel était complet et que nous devrions prendre une chambre fumeur. Pour moi, cette erreur est très grave puisque ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé. De plus, l'odeur de la cigarette est très dérangeante pour ceux qui ne fume pas et au Canada la cigarette c'est pas comme en Indonésie, cela est de plus en plus mal vue de fumer et pour nous cela est très grave. Bien que je ne voulais pas cette chambre et que je voulais une chambre non-fumeur, ils n'ont rien fait mise à part camoufler la chambre de parfum. Ça sentait le mélanger de cigarette avec la fleur. C'était épouvantable... Alors, je suis déçu de mon séjour et j'ai l'impression que cette hotel n'écoute pas ses clients.

I didn't like that the hotel desk clerk totally ignored me when I checked in (I am American and the one who paid for my room and my guest's (who was indonesian) room and did all her conversing with him. I even asked her if she spoke English and she replied that she could. She even had my guest sign the check in form which was in MY name. She needs to be taught that the payor of the rooms is the one who needs to be addressed.

I try to checked in by 3pm and the room wasn't ready, hence have to downgrade myself to a single bed room instead of queen size. It wasnt crowded that day though. You can do better Ibis.

• Clogged water drain during shower. Shower water temperature didnt have in between hot and cold, is either too hot or too cold. •Towel wasnt that clean on the day of checking in. •Breakfast was alright. Didnt repeat for next few days of breakfast. • Location was nice, easy to get food nearby and go around on exploring the city.
