Publié le 3 nov. 2014 sur HotelsThe room was dirty blood stains could be seen, no clean sheets or towels, it took 2 hours to check in. When we requested help and clean sheets and towels we were cursed at in Indonesian. I can not believe how I was treated. We we asked to change rooms because the blood stains, the refused, and when I asked to the manager instead the front desk people said they were in a meet when I just heard them talking to the manager. We had to demand service and assistance but it never came in 2 more hours of waiting. We just left for another nearby hotel.
