We were supposed to stay for 3 nights ended up leaving after 2 nights The bed was like a rock ( I understand you can't please everyone) we could put up with that but The bad smell coming from the toilet was to much Complained after the 1st night They said they would send someone to take care of it, Its smelt OK for that day but then the evening it was bad again have to complain the next day but had enough and went home 😡 Paid for 3 nights and they said they couldn't give a refund for the 3rd as we paid Through hotel.com ( not happy)

Great stay at saueland center parcs
Went there to go skiing. Only downside is that it is 20 min drive from winterberg instead of being closer. New year fireworks were awesome

Net hotel, ruime kamer, mooie vernieuwde badkamer. Voor de kinderen erg leuk bij het zwembad en andere voorzieningen van het park.

Dusche, Einstellung des Wassers war schwierig, mal heiß mal kalt. Kein Hotelzugang vom Parkhaus, hinausgehen kann man, aber hinein kommt man nicht mehr.

Wir hatten im Hotel im Center Park nur eine Nacht gebucht. Check-In war nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Wir waren um 13:00 Uhr da und durften unser Zimmer erst 16:00 Uhr betreten, obwohl es schon 14:30 Uhr fertig war. Mussten also erst mal 3 Stunden verschwenden. Uns war nicht klar, dass ein Center Park nur etwas für Familien mit Kindern ist. Gefühlt waren wir die ganze Zeit in einem 3 Quadratkilometer großen Kindergarten. Entsprechend auch permanent hohe Lautstärke. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier definitiv falsch. Saunalandschaft kostet extra und man muss mind. für 2 Stunden buchen. Frühstück war reichlich und gut aber natürlich schrecklich laut. Zimmer sollte dann auch schon um 10:00 geräumt werden. Um 10:05 ging schon unser Schlüsselchip nicht mehr. Mann kann also nur sehr spät rein, muss dafür aber sehr früh wieder raus. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Zu empfehlen nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Erholung für Paare ohne Kinder nicht möglich. Schade.

Die Hotelanlage ist super, vor allem für Kinder, die ganzen Spielplätze und insbesondere das Aqua Mundo Bad. Leider ist das Essen in allen Restaurants eine Katastrophe, sehr teuer und sehr schlecht. Selbst eine normale Tiefkühlpizza ist eine Delikatesse dagegen. Mehr zu den Restaurants unter den Rezensionen bei Google - eine Bewertung von 2.2 Punkten muss man erstmal schaffen. Das Personal und die Angestellten sind super bemüht und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns, abgesehen vom Essen, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spontan für eine Nacht gebucht mit 1 Kind und 1 Baby - es war wunderbar ! Schwimmen ist ebenfalls jeden Tag inklusive. Fußläifig Aventura, rundum war es sehr schön!

Sehr schöne Anlage, wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer, es gibt einen Streichelzoo, mehrere verschiedene Restaurants als Grillrestaurant oder Buffet, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

Hallo, ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Das zimmer war total staubig. Kein Wäscheständer im zimmer vorhanden.Die restaurants haben kein gutes essen, was geschmeckt hat und alles viel zu teuer. Sowie die Getränke, sehr teuer. In der Spielothek gab es viele Geräte zum spielen, aber überhaupt keine gute Auswahl an den Gewinnen. Für ca 27 Euro umgerechnet, gab es 5 lutscher u ne kleine knete für kinder. Ein Lob gab es, die Auswahl am Frühstück ist sehr gut. Auser Fisch fehlt nix.
