El hotel es un hotel boutique. Muy moderno. El sitio tranquilo y cerca a la 70 donde la calle es muy concurrida y llena de discotecas y restaurantes. El cuarto es enorme y muy còmodo y Limpio. El restaurante Arboro hermoso y sus desayunos y comidas y bebidas deliciosos! Volvería! Recomendado!

Decent hotel but not great

Nice hotel, I wouldn’t rate it outstanding but rooms are nice, breakfast ok, I would say the only problem is the breakfast is included but it’s only Colombian style.

Hotel muy agradable, habitaciones muy amplias, bien ubicado ya que se encuentra a una calle de la calle 70, en donde hay disponible muchos restaurantes y bares. Personal amable.

Staff is very helpful and kind always ready to help with anything. Breakfast was good Accommodations and room very clean Joan extremely nice and very helpful

It was adequate for a hotel. The restaurant prepares very nice and delicious meals of a variety of choices. However, if you are looking for a genuine native food experience, this is not the place to eat. My room was adequate but the bathroom door lock was broken and water would flood the bathroom after every shower. The view from the window was lackluster and each night there was loud music that could be heard from the fifth floor. The employees were very friendly and quick to assist. We even made a friend with one of the waitresses who gave us a hug and told us goodbye when we checked out.

The restaurant seems to have impressed with its variety and quality, although I understand your disappointment with not finding authentic local cuisine, even though our cuisine does not have local dishes as such, our products are entirely local Colombian farm products. It’s unfortunate to hear about the issues with your room, such as the broken bathroom lock and noise disturbance we are located in an area close to several restaurants and bars, it is something that is out of our control. Despite these setbacks, I’m glad to hear the employees made a positive impact on your stay, especially the friendly waitress who made your departure memorable. We hope to have the opportunity to stay with us, you are always welcome!
