I loved the staff. I had a privilege to talk to Tarek Khan a very down to earth person. More power to you Sir! Everyone was always smiling and sincerely helpful. Big Kudos to Santiago, Paola, Sara, and Maria!!! Thank you so much 😊

Hotel muy bonito y la vista espectacular desde la piscina. Solo hay un ascensor en la propiedad y durante la noche y mañana tuvimos que subir y bajar las escaleras porque estuvo dañado. A pesar de eso el personal estuvo muy atento y trato de ayudar en todo lo posible. Fuera de eso todo muy bien

Didn’t like the customer service and that In a weeks time I had to switch my room twice for reasons out of my control and after a fight for them to actually do anything SMH

Doreatha, we know that you had problems with the lock because even though your door closed normally, you wanted the lock and it was understandable, our staff was very kind and patient with you and tried to find a solution to your problem which was also solved the next morning.Nobody harassed you to move your belongings, we waited for you to arrive from the tour and when you were ready to move your things, in which you also received help from our staff.We are never exempt from inconveniences, and rest assured that we will review all these details to be able to meet the quality standards that we want. Still, we cannot say that something was not done to improve your stay and that of your friends when from our team they only received good treatment and help.We are sorry that your experience was tarnished.

We got there and they lost one of the reservations Then got my room and the lock was broken. They wanted me to stay anyway. They couldn’t fix it that night but swore to me “no one would go in” (How do you know(???)) My friend went down and threatened that we were going to give bad reviews because this was not our fault that the lock didn’t work . As they were okay with me spending the night in a friends room until they fixed the lock👀 (waste my own money no concern of theirs ) And were adamant about not upgrading. Said they couldn’t upgrade unless I paid more money and the only other room in my price range looked at a brick wall only😕 After the threat they put me in a slightly bigger room for one night and harassed me while I was on a tour to move my things or they would have to charge me now that the lock is fixed 😕 We pre booked so we had to come back on the 16th to spend one more night before coming home Got that room and it was infested with these super tiny ants . I had to be moved again. The front desk person when I confronted them with the fact that this was 2 stays with a move . She stated well we fixed the lock! I told her Yes, and I appreciate that , but what you’re missing is the inconvenience and the lack of care and the fact that we had to threaten with reviews for you to even budge. SMH long story short it was Not a pleasant stay AT ALL

We stayed for 2 nights. Cute little Boutique Hotel. The roof top is a party scene so lots of loud music. We stayed on the 2nd floor and we could hear it. Hotel provided earplugs. 11 floors and only one elevator which is a little slow. Drinks are slightly more expensive. Beer is $5 so we opted to buy our on at the liquor store across the street. We will definitely stay again.
