Room was clean and spacious. Front desk receptionists during the day was very helpful which he pointed out nearby eating areas and malls. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Medellin again!!

Los empleados del Front Desk deben tomar un curso de servicio al cliente de manera urgente. La prepotencia los domina y en mi experiencia ha sido el peor hotel donde me han tratado. Se habló con el gerencial a cargo por la experiencia que habíamos vivido y ni siquiera unas disculpas. Las empleadas del área de la cocina fueron muy amables y agradables, siempre buscaban que el huésped se sintiera a gusto y bien atendido. Deben fumigar de manera inmediata las instalaciones ya que las cucarachas se presentan cuando uno menos lo espera, sobre todo en el área del comedor. En cuanto a los cuartos, la cama es muy cómoda y la ducha es excelente. No regresaría y no lo recomiendo.
