Excellent accueil personnel très attentif petit déjeuner varié décor agréable. Chambre spacieuse et confortable nous sommes restés 3 nuits.

An excellent hotel

Pour : Everything
Emplacement : A very safe area. Close to trees and green spaces. Supermarkets and shopping malls nearby.
A big choice of restaurants around.
Walk everywhere.
A very pleasant stay. Good breakfast, large, well equipped room and a great bed. All that is needed in a hotel.
The personnel were friendly and efficient.

Publié le 12 juin 2013 sur HotelsL'attention est très bonne et la chambre est très spatieuse. Le petit-dejeuner est très complet. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier El Poblado. Il est proche de plusieurs centres commerciaux et pas très loin du Parque Lleras où il y a un nombre incalculable de bars.

I stayed in the Poblado Plaza situated in Avenida de los Poblados as I was meeting friends in Medellín and it was an excellent choice of hotel. The location is perfect for Central Poblado - the two large shopping malls - Centro Commercial Oviedo (2 mins walk) and Centro Commercial SantaFe (5 mins walk).
From the friendly and welcoming check-in, to the very comfortable, modern room and view over El Poblado all was first class.
The bed was very comfortable and room very quiet and I managed 3 night's comfy sleep.
The booking included a buffet breakfast with a huge choice of meals available.
Room service was also available which we used one evening as well as the excellent ground floor restaurant and bar. Again, the food and service were first class.
I will definitely stay here for my next visit - and before I finish, a very special thanks to the friendly and helpful Maria Mercedes on reception and Guillermo the Concierge as well as the staff in the restaurant who were all absolutely fabulous. The extra customer service was excellent and counts a lot towards a most enjoyable stay.
