Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is. If your crew can adjust to all circumstances like mine, then this is the place for you. Our Concierges/Security- German and Both Juan's were amazing. They were available 24/7, met all our needs, came through with great recommendations, and accompanied us through Parque Lleras for security. This spot is in a great location - walking distance to good food, essentials shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. Me and my Crew will be back and will absolutely stay here again. I just pray our rental fee goes towards getting the water fixed; please have hot water when we return! Thank you to German, Juan, Juan, and our lovely housekeeper (who cleaned the place to perfection daily) for an Amazing Stay!

we are happy that you had a great time. We don’t understand about the water pressure because we never had this issue. Also, you never contacted us during this time. Why are we only hearing about this now? we were available to you 24 seven and helped you with anything and everything that you needed. Why did you not mention this to us while you were in the property?

Review is for the concierge and overall experience
Publié le 29 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayI did not end up staying at this location due to last minute construction going on, so this review is for my overall experience in Medellin booking through Jonathan. Unfortunately there was an issue and I was notified that the house would not be ready, however I was given another house so the transition was seamless and ended up working out well. We had a sprinter van meet us at the airport and took our entire group back to the house. From there, Daniel met us and stayed with us the entire weekend. I can't stress enough how convenient this was and how great of a person Daniel was. He got us whatever we wanted at the house and organized dinner reservations, club reservations, and our transportation throughout. He was a huge help and a really fun person to come out with us. It was great to have him translate or help us communicate. I would definitely recommend having Daniel show you around and this five star review is for him. Medellin was a great experience for my bachelor party and would recommend to anyone looking to have a great time.

and open communication with Jon (property manager) after booking. Helpful concierge services by Hector and Oscar upon arrival. Thanks to the whole team we had an unforgettable time in Medellin. Hoping to return sometime soon.

Publié le 1 mai 2019 sur HomeAwayJonathan is the man! He hooked us up really nice for the entire time there. Shout out to Estevan and Hector for the love shown. We had 10 guys and everyone was accommodated really well. Every room had a washroom and the location was in a prime area. Walking distance to everything. The whole house was clean and was exactly to our liking. Actually we have low expectations for any house we rent but this place exceeded it all. Wifi was solid on every floor and AC was great too. They helped us also create a mini tour around the city and accommodated it to our liking. Would highly recommend this property.
