The best way to describe this apartment is this: this apartment was like a beautiful lady, with perfectly apply makeup, with the most loveliest of jewels, with the most beautiful evening gown…… but for shoes she had muddy military boots! You see this apartment has NO PARKING!!! NO PARKING. No place to park. Another visitor was also scrambling to find a place to park. Fortunately, we had a friend that would let us park near. SUGGESTION: this apartment only has five Rooms, I strongly suggest that you work out a monthly arrangement with the business next to you or the two apartments on the opposite side to pay for five spots. This way, if you need, you can increase the amount monthly that you charge or absorbed the price whichever you prefer. Then my wife and I would not endure the nightmare that we had to encounter.
Secondly, my code would not work to get up to the balcony nor do we know how to turn on the Jacuzzi. SUGGESTION: please provide your tenant with very obvious and simplistic ways to do both.
Thirdly: as far as the Internet, we strongly suggest that you put like a card or something on the wall so when a person comes by the desk, they see all the Internet login.
This way, it will cut down on the contact with you.
Fourthly, it was impossible to call you all. SUGGESTION:, I advised having somebody to man the phone from a certain hour let’s say 5 to 5 and then advise after that that that will be manned from that
