So sad of the closed pool

Dear Jean,We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Yes, the pool was closed due to unavoidable maintenance issues. However we were able to rectify it on priority and the pool was made operational from 12th April onwards.We look forward to hosting again during your next visit to Medicine Hat.Best,

Installations très vieilles et malpropre malgré quelques rénovations ici et là. La piscine et le hot tub étaient fermés, le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement horrible (vieux aliments surchauffés)

Bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner copieux. La dame à l'accueil était fort sympathique.

La chambre est correcte mais sentait un peu le renfermé.
La piscine au centre des chambres fait que c'est très bruyant le soir.
Sinon, c'est tranquille.

I wish I could attach a picture of the tub. It was disgusting. You could see the light through the outside door. Overall cleanliness was not good.

The room was nice, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast room was also very good. Fresh fruit would have been a bonus at breakfast time.
