Terrible hotel
The carpet was very smelly and the bugs were flying all over. The bathroom toilet was very dirty and we had to check out early.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, but other than that the place was a little run down. The taps and toilet were loose but still operated. Brown water would come out of the bath tap for 2 seconds before clearing up every time you turned it on. Close to the airport but a bit far from the main town area. Still though I guess it was good value because it was so cheap.

Absolutely terrible experience with front desk staff. After a cancellation misunderstanding, the front desk person responded with abusive yelling, profuse swearing and belligerence. It took the intervention of Expedia staff to straighten out the issue and despite assurances from the hotel of a refund within a week, a refund has yet to be issued for the cancellation. I have never posted a cautionary review but in this case, travellers beware and choose another hotel.

Took about 10 minutes to check in as no one was there. It had a sign to dial 0 on the phone if no one there but the phone wasn’t working. So we waited because someone lived upstairs and a dog was barking at us. A girl came out and started walking looking for someone and finallly found her dad, he didn’t seem to know what he was doing, could barely understand him either. We finally got the key, and once we got in I went to the bathroom, it was a bit dirty, I could see long black hairs on the heat register. When I grabbed a hand towel after washing my hands, there was a white hand towel with clearly big black grease marks all over it. It was definitely something they should have thrown out, it was pretty gross looking. It was really hot in the room, the temp outside was the high 30s so we had the air conditioner on, we couldn’t even feel it as there was a wall blocking it from hitting the bed area. But the bed was pretty comfortable. The shower had hairs in it as well and the shower curtain had black spots too. They really need to clean the rooms better. I guess you get what you paid for.

This location needs a complete new renovation. We could not close the door to the bathroom. Energy was broken. Breakfast room in very poor condition.

We talked about it with the hotel Manger, explained one house keeper. Understandable however garbage left in room in the fridge to boot.

The room smelled so badly that I had difficulty sleeping. The property is somewhat rundown in appearance. The shower curtain was old and stained. However, the bed and pillow were comfortable, there was hot water, and the A/C worked well. The manager tried to do something about the smell of over-powerful air freshener by providing his portable fan to us. Don't expect much like I was. I suggest that you don't reserve a room on-line, but check it out first before booking.

Staff was very nice but the hotel itself was horrible. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Close to the highway and restaurants - quiet - breakfast included.
