Welcome to your charming retreat! This beautifully furnished home is filled with natural light and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen and convenient off-street parking.

I am happy to accommodate work crews and individuals on work contracts for extended stays. A larger discount is available for stays of 3 months or more. If you’re interested in a longer-term stay, please feel free to reach out and ask!

Just minutes from downtown, you'll have access to local coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment. Nestled on a quiet street, you’re just steps away from 150 km of picturesque walking and hiking trails.

This serene space invites you to relax and unwind—leave your worries at the door!

Enjoy private access to the entire home and outdoor areas. A washer and dryer are available in the basement, but please use caution on the steep stairs. The yard is fully fenced, featuring a patio, BBQ, and outdoor seating.

As you enter, you’ll find a convenient bench for removing shoes and hooks for your outerwear. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with spices and condiments for your use. Enjoy a Keurig coffee machine with pods provided, as well as an air fryer for your culinary adventures.

The living room features a comfy couch—ideal for movie nights or curling up with a good book. Extra blankets are available for those chilly evenings, and a Smart TV provides access to Prime Video. Feel free to log into your own streaming accounts, but please remember to log out before you leave!

On the main floor, there are two bedrooms perfect for families or those who prefer to avoid stairs. The loft area, accessible via ladder-like stairs, is a cozy spot for singles or couples, featuring a queen-sized bed and a dedicated workspace (though we hope you’re here to relax!).

We also have a selection of puzzles and games for your enjoyment. Outside, you’ll find a deck with a BBQ and dining area, perfect for spring, summer, and fall.

Note: Pricing is based on up to four guests; additional guests are $20 per person, per night

Currently, there is no food composting available in Medicine Hat, but recycling for paper, hard plastics, and cans is provided—look for the bin under the kitchen sink. You’ll also find a fire extinguisher there. If you forget essentials like toothbrushes or razors, I have extras on hand, along with makeup remover wipes and dark face cloths. I’ve aimed to anticipate your every need for a truly stress-free experience!
