The location right downtown but still quiet is excellent. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was most helpful generally

Resolving issue no response/help/reply whatsoever

The property fraudulently charged my credit card $500 after I had sent them pic of the front & back via iMessage and upon calling/questioning I was told it took them 4-5 days to clean my room so they charged me for $88 a night hence deducting $500 from my card even after I had long checked out!! I’ve contacted my bank & I was blocked on call by the manager.Owner; if you’re reading this please address this it’s not $5 it’s about $500 stolen from me.

Apon your repeated calls and our conversations of the damage to the stuff in the room and having to pull the room out of order so that we were able to clean it which took us two days plus, replace the damaged microwave and linens , removal of garbage .. This is why your deposit has been kept ..

I was given a room in the basement which really should not be given to guests and had to ask for a room change. The property was very dated. The room had old and over used furniture but was clean. No microwave or telephone in the room. Was extremely surprised it had an "Excellent" rating on Expedia.

Thanks for your review. We strive very hard to keep our hotel clean and comfortable. We do have a full community kitchen for guests to use.

High deposit
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOur room was ok. The deposit was very high for what you got. Not much to choose from for breakfast . I booked to rooms, the second room for our friends wasn’t even actually a room it was a made up room in the basement level because they over booked

Thanks for your review. Front desk would of been able to change rooms for you if asked. With trying to keep our prices low, our breakfast does reflect that.
