We had to wait until 5 p.m. to check in, which is not acceptable at all. The guy at the reception was not friendly. There were no towels in the bathroom, so we had to ask for them.

Pros: Enough number of beds. Shuttle service to Al Haram for all prayers. English speaking receptionists. Cons: No Iron. All hotels I have been to provide iron so I am used to one. If you are planning on living here get your own iron or you can use their laundry service, which does not have a "iron only" service, you have to pay for washing and iron bundle. No hair dryer. Again this is something that is commonly provided in all hotels. Bring your own, nearby stores didn't carry one either for you to buy one. For women it's a dire need if they are planning to make a umrah intention. The hotel can at least carry 5 or 10 of irons and hair dryers so they can hand them over on request basis.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In my opinion one should not stay in this hotel especially any one coming for Umra from Europe or North America

Can walk to the haram. Takes approx. 20 mins. However, construction works may make it longer and more difficult to walk if you have family. The condition of the bathroom is not the best. Underneath the tiles filled up with water, whenever you stepped on them water would come out. This made the bathroom always wet and messy. There is also a shuttle bus that takes residents to the haram before every salah.

This is a well maintained simple hotel in Madina meant for pilgrims. Very comfortable beds and clean room.Have shuttle service to haram. Many Pakistani restaurants and stores for shopping are close by.

The property is well furnished. The only downside however was the lack of a microwave. Other than that, it was near to Haram and it had its own shuttle service which ran half an hour before every Namaz, which was wonderful. Although the best thing about the staff is that they were very pleasing, they accommodated us way earlier than the regular check-in time, due to our flight arriving too early. In short, very hospitable staff, definitely would recommend.

Fantastic Stay at Artal Taibah Hotel, Madina I recently had a wonderful stay at Artal Taibah Hotel in Madina, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The overall atmosphere was very positive, making my time there comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were a highlight – clean, cosy, and very comfortable. It was clear that the hotel prioritizes cleanliness, and the fresh, scented air in the room added a relaxing touch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. I also made good use of the hotel’s restaurant, which offered a satisfying dining experience, along with the reliable laundry service that made my stay even more convenient. Though the location is a little farther from the Masjid An Nabi, the hotel provides a regular shuttle service that made transportation easy and stress-free. This minor inconvenience was well compensated by the quality of service and comfort provided by the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend Artal Taibah Hotel for anyone visiting Madina. It offers great comfort, excellent service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The room that was given first was extremely small. No place to pray Salah. Washroom was very dirty and with no proper place to shower; a small corner. However , when we complained they gave us a bigger room which was only positive thing. Yet carpet was very dirty, washroom was nasty and smelly. Though they offer shuttle bus, if you miss it 25-30 mins walk back to the hotel.
