Overall, it was a good experience, but there was room for improvement.
For example, during my recent visit, there was an issue with water flow in the washroom. Although they promptly changed the room upon my complaint, ideally, they shouldn't have provided a room that wasn't in good condition in the first place.
Unfortunately, even after the room change, I encountered two more problems: the lockers and shower curtain were missing, and there were no dental amenities.
In my opinion, the manager needs to ensure a more thorough inspection process before assigning rooms to guests. This would help to prevent these kinds of issues from happening in the future.
