Interlaken Alternative
Publié le 10 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayI’m glad we found this property as an alternative from Interlaken or Grindewald as this place is one of the train stops going to those places.
Place is quiet but close to train station and all walking distance to 2 grocery stores and a few restaurants. Parking is easy and with direct access to the property.
With property like this which has a kitchen is a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay at SwissPeak Resorts. The area around the resort is great, and there are many attractions in Meiringen. In addition, it's a good point to travel to attractions and cities nearby each day.
The apartment is comfy enough, master bedroom, bathroom, small hall, kitchen with Sofa bed.
The only issue is reception is of limited hours, and we got no info about the visitor card that can give some benefits in nearby attractions.
Would be perfect if it had normal reception hours.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann sowohl zu Aareschlucht (30 Min.) als auch zur Reichenbachfallbahn und zur Bergbahn Hasliberg zu Fuß gehen. Für die Kids war der Gamingroom das Highlight. Alles in allem, ein toller Aufenthalt!

Good property but…
Publié le 12 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall this is a good place to stay. Not too far from anything and has the right amount of room for families and required amenities. The check in process is confusing. They are open for check in only in the morning and afternoon at specific hours. If you arrive in between or later - you are on your own. I assume there is a way to let them know about arrivals at different times - but it’s unclear. When it’s not the designated check in time - there is nobody around to help or talk to.
