You can see Dolphins, and lots of fish, also maybe some Surfboarders and couples walking on the beach. We appreciate a positve review and this family will be welcome back anytime.

Thank you for the wonderful comments regarding the prvate location of the house, the availability of all en-suite bathrooms, the fantastic views of the ocean from the decks and living areas as well the house being conducive to large groups. As communicated, we unfortunately had two scenarios that have never happened before. First our cleaning crew cancelled on us the night before as they called in sick. Because we have multiple vacation properties nearby, we are lucky to have backup crews. Because of the late cancellation, the backup crews were out of town as we did not have them scheduled. Due to this we decided to hire a crew that has been soliciting us for some time with recommendation letters. They informed us they were going to send out a crew of three cleaners to the home first thing in the morning, but only one lady showed up late. Because of this, our property manager arrived to help pitch in. The mats you are referring to were cleaned but prematurely taken out of the dryer so thay were still damp.. Regarding the house materials, the house was absolulely stocked with the proper necessities, but the cleaner was overwhelmed and apparently forgot to distribute them. The bathrooms each had a stack of towels in the cabinets. We normally put towels out on the appropriate towel bars. Since the cleaning crew did not suffice our expectiations, we asked if our aternative cleaning crew could come in the next morning (when they were back in town), but your group declined the offer. As far as the check in time, you had a group of 8 women that showed up almost two hours early for the noted check-in time. In normal circumstances we are unable to accommodate that as we always have the cleaning crew disinfecting the property. We apologize that this irritated your group. This time of year brings many no-see-ums around, especially at the beach. Because you had some bites, we inspected the home afterward and all was well. As for the pool, we have had the same company taking care of it for the last five years. For whatever reason, they no-showed on us. After speaking with them, they decided to send someone out on the weekend even though they only operate on weekdays--which never happened. As a result we brought in a new pool cleaning service which has been doing a wonderful job. You experienced an unusual set of circumstances. We take great pride in servicing the properties and our guest relations - guests usualy rave to me about our property manager, Merry, and how attentive she is to their needs. Approximately hallf of our guest bookings at both properties are repeat guests from previous years. I am hopeful that our ratings indicate the effort we put into our homes. I believe had you let our crew come in the next day, you would have been much more comfortalbe. Thankfuly the booking of guests after your stay have notably loved the home and their stay, deeming this an aberrant situation.
