Bacchus Marsh Villa unit 1

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre.
It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne.

As you enter the front door and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area, it is a perfect location for all travel needs.

The neighbourhood surrounding the villa is very quiet and well kept. There are nice trees around the area and is very family friendly, with a kindergarten in close proximity and a playground within walking distance. The area is continuing to be developed and pleasing to the eye, with a new building across the road.

The villa is easily accessible by car or transport to the local area, including major stores, local cafes and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a supermarket, pharmacy and doctor.

This villa is very comfortable and a home away from home, where we endeavour to meet all your travel requirements.

No off street parking
As highlighted in the star rating, the property was clean and comfortable enough. However the accuracy of the online listing was not accurate. It wasn’t until we paid the full amount that the property Manager disclosed to us that there was no off street parking ! We arrived on a Friday evening,tired from travelling and bucketing rain . Nowhere to park except on the roadside ! ! Drenched from the rain and suits on hangers all wet. What was most frustrating was that the unit does have an enclosed garage which was off limits to us. Yet we paid for the whole unit.

Nice little unit but needs some TLC for the price. No support from owner. No face to face contact just a key in a lock box. Kitchen poorly equipped, no coffee machine, limited dishes/bowls. Nice vacuum cleaner but no mop/bucket. we had to buy storage containers for food. Coat hangers for wardrobes since there was only 4 (sent an email to owner requesting more hangers and response was you will have to go and buy some!) and an ironing board cover. No basic food welcome pack which was disappointing as travelled from UK. No barbecue. Sofa uncomfortable but bed was cosy and comfy. We stayed for 3 weeks but no cleaner unless we paid an extra 70 dollars! So no towels or bed changed, we did it ourselves! Have paid less for better service. But location was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Would recommend for a week but nothing longer. No parking and on occasion had to park some distance on the road as locals also using the road for parking.

Greathome away from home
Stayed one night. Easy to access and find property, parking was a bit tricky as there where cars out front which didn't move the entire time, but it just meant we had to utilise out the front of the neighbours place. A bit of road noise, quite a busy street, but it simmered down by the time we went to bed. The house itself was just what we needed, 2 rooms, bathroom with seperate toilet, all amenities were there also. Fairly clean, nothing to really complain about! 5 minute drive to a supermarket. All in all, really happy with the accommodation.
