Hotel acceuillant, tres bien situe

Sejour trop rapide mais excellent. Le personnel de la reception a fait preuve d'une grande efficacite et d'une grande courtoisie. Il nous a donne d'excellentes indications sur la logistique ainsi que sur les points de visite. Il est a noter aussi l'excellent petit dejeuner

Short Stay in Melbourne

A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs.

Great location and very friendly staff. Sitting between the beach of St kilda and the CBD the hotel is in a great location.

The staff member who assisted me in challenging times was excellent. He went over & above to help me. Never having driven in Melbourne before, finding the hotel at night on such a busy road was a bit daunting.

Very good location though access onto Queens Rd tests your patience. Will be much better when food and drink access is available outside of room service.

Credit card charged without approval

I was charged for parking on my credit card post check out, when I only enquired about it. My dispute was ignored by staff and have had no reply to my phone call or email.
