Newly renovated and spacious enough to accommodate two families or a large group, this five bedroom home (sleeping 10 -11) provides instant relaxation, fun and luxury.

A sun drenched, north facing backyard, with gardens that blend with the surrounding lush landscape, features two expansive entertaining decks that overlook a 20 m solar heated infinity pool.

Entertain and enjoy long dinner party conversations at the large poolside table or at the three meter indoor dining table (seats 10). The well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine will also help you kick start your mornings.

Two bathrooms (plus separate powder room) and outdoor hot shower make living easy.

HUGE basketball court and flexible playing area.
One side of the property has been transformed into a mod grass basketball court with built in adjustable hoop.

Private access to the mod grass Sorrento Community Tennis Court (by booking system) is just 100 meters away. Or enjoy the home’s library of books, games, puzzles and kids toys for fun for all ages.

The property is perfectly located on one of the narrowest parts of the Peninsula and right opposite the famous Tuckeys Track – meaning the Sorrento Sailing club and front beach on one side and the beautifully wild back beach on the other. Sorrento township is also just a short walk away along the front beach.

Stay more than seven days and we’ll supply free bed linen, towels and beach towels. Otherwise we can provide to you for a small fee ( $100 ) or just BYO.

We needed a house to accommodate family and friends to attend our son’s wedding in Sorrento and we weren’t disappointed. This property is superb, it accommodated all ages, some who swam in the amazing pool, some who played tennis or used the basketball court and others who just relaxed in the gorgeous outdoor area. Thank you Vikki for the great communication and lovely bottle of champagne and beautiful flowers which were there for our stay. We will definitely return.

What a stay!
We had a great stay celebrating our parents' 50th wedding anniversary! Vikki is a wonderful host who is easily accessible and answers questions quickly. The house is wonderfully kitted out like a home, not a house. It has those little touches everywhere, so not packing something really was taken care of. Luxury linens and beautiful handwashes and lotions were highly mentioned by all family members, and the pool was used constantly without the sun being out. Wonderful stay with friends
My friends and I were on a girls weekend and had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The house had enough space for all of us to not feel cramped and very comfortable indoor and outdoor couches for us to hang out together. When we weren't enjoying the surrounding area, we spend out time swimming in the pool, which was the most perfect temperature. Vikki was so generous and flexible with our checkin/checkout times. The gorgeous welcome hamper was such a wonderful bonus. Thank you so much for a very relaxing and memorable weekend!

Vikki was a very helpful and accomodating host, she could not have done more to make this a comfortable stay. Easy to communicate with, a gorgeous hammer on arrival, more beach towels than Ive ever seen! The house itself could use a little TLC - some fixtures eg door handles, window handles, pool titles etc were on their last legs but did not take away from a wonderful holiday. note the next door neighbours were a bit grumpy - wanted our kids kept inside and quiet until after 9am which is tricky! We had a lovely time
