Having stayed in serviced apartments before we have always had the bed made and rubbish taken out.

Friendly and helpful staff. It is near supermarket, cafes, restaurants and transport especially the airport bus.
We had stayed here in early June and had enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed with 8 full rubbish bins on the property and dirty laundry outside our door for the 3 days we stayed. We will be not be staying here again.

We arrived at apx 12.30. I had called when I made the booking to request we could use the room from 12 o’clock. The room wasn’t ready. I explained we had a function to attend at 2 o’clock and had to get ready. We were give another room which I was grateful for. The room was definitely not clean. Bedside table had rubbish in it, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and the shower had mould and dirt on the floor. The carpet was stained as well. I did not expect this from the reviews I read. Disappointed!

The property has become very tired and cannot justify its claimed 4 star rating. Substantial upgrading to services and facilities required.

Good mid-range serviced apartment
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HotelsClean mid range apartment with wash machine freezer hob oven microwave dishwasher. Very convenient for Brighton shops & station. On busy junction so some traffic noise. No extractor in bathroom.

Good location for what we needed. The apartment had everything you needed. Just had a few little areas that were not as clean as I would have hoped.
