The ad is totally different from the hotel. There was no service at all. It is very disappointing experience for us

we paid a lot of money for the property front deck was meant to be operational but not could not check in at 2pm, and could not check in after 4pm. We went back to the property between events at a wedding with people and still couldn't get in our room. Have requested a call back from Carmels. Have heard nothing, Very dissappointed

The property is very spacious, modern and clean. However the people who stayed underneath our floor are very noisy, so we found it hard to sleep. They didn’t finish their party until 5am.

It is unfortunate that our afterhours service was not informed of any onsite noise after midnight. We hope this busy Christmas period will not deter you from visiting at a not so busy time.

It was a lovely apartment but very close to a nightclub that was very loud into the early hours of Sunday morning
