Great property, Outstanding location

The location is outstanding: walking distance to a TON of good restaurants, a really cool, eclectic downtown, manatees, people fishing. And a short drive to everywhere else.

Perfect retreat
Publié le 4 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy grandmother and I stayed here while we were visiting her sister. It was the perfect place to come back to for us to unwind at the end of the day. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by and a short drive to the beach. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed and the place was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed.

Think twice
Publié le 5 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayI have to say owners are fantastic however the noise level is out the roof especially weekends. Beautiful balcony to enjoy if you can get past the cars going by. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well, very large opening under front door and yes we had creepers coming in. The water must be well since it had a smell. The bedroom blind does not close and its located on the outside walkway so privacy is an issue. We would not stay here again even with the ear plugs provided. However, the view is great and its close to restaurants and the beach.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are saddened to learn that your experience was less than satisfactory. We wish we could have made your stay more comfortable and we encourage our guests to notify items not up to par so we can address it ASAP. We were notified by our housekeeper upon your check out that the bathtub drain was not draining well and it was resolved quickly. Other items noted were inspected and found to be intact and working properly. Our water is supplied by the city, and we stock bottled water. Traffic noise, at times, is a side effect of our great downtown harbor side location. We have installed high impact windows/doors to help mitigate the noise as well as supplying a white noise machine. We gratefully appreciate your respect for our condo.

Publié le 3 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwaySuper clean and accessible. There was a minor air conditioning problem and Mike was immediately on it and stayed with it until resolved. I highly recommend this property and Mike and Cindy the owners.
