Hôtel idéalement situé, belles prestations.

Pour : Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique.s Hôtel à 5 minutes de la station de métro et 5 min du Woolworths Quartier très agréable
Contre : Réception du wifi dans certaines chambres
Emplacement : Restaurants, bars, magasins, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons eu un premier appartement. Des travaux étant en cours dans la rue, le sommeil était juste impossible; nous avons expliqué le problème et on nous a déplacé très rapidement vers un autre autre appart plus grand (en duplex).

Eqpt requires maintenance / keeps breaking down

Overall our stay at District South Yarra was quite good. A couple of things that were annoying was that amenities & equipment in the apartment. Looks like the equipment has become old and needs proper maintenance. - The cooking stove / cooktop consistently had issues and the sparking mechanism was faulty for 2 of 4 burners. We had to request maintenance to check it and after a couple of attempts we were given a workaround where we use a different burner knob to generate the spark & a different knob to release the gas. This was quite annoying. - The dishwasher would not work as expected very often with the rotor that sprays water on the dishes not rotating as expected. Maintenance would have to fix it every now and then. - The flush in the toilet was leaking continuously. While this was not a major leak, it was annoying because it would always make a consistent dripping sound. We informed maintenance but after a couple of instances, we gave up. Since I have stayed for a month and endured these annoyances, I should be compensated accordingly. Appreciate if you can take this up with the property.

I love the property however, after a big day out my phone died and I had no way of getting into the property. I found this really scary and rather annoying. Maybe a safe alternative could be provided.

The property does not have sufficient parking especially if you have a roof rack or a tow ball. It is impossible to get a parking spot. The street is exceptionally busy with surrounding apartments and again off street parking is a nightmare during the night. It was noises from the neighbours yelling, screaming and shouting it was an unpleasant experience. I will not go back to this apartment as it does not need the basic needs and requirements as a apartment that highly rated Expedia rating was 8.8 to 9. My rating is three.

Hello Kenedi, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied after your stay with us. We operate a car lift system that cannot fit cars longer than 4.8 meters and/or have extensions such as bull bars and tow balls etc. as the lifts door may not sense them. We take these requirements very seriously as we have you and your cars best interests in mind. There is also unrestricted parking on the street from 6pm to 10am, as well as a public car park right next door. We also apologize that you experienced a disturbance during your stay. Being a partly residential building, noise curfews cannot always be attained, but we do try our best!
