i had 2 staff members staying at this property and both said the same thing... disgusting property. filthy throughout and a very rude manager. Stay away at all costs!

The bath room is not stander no smoke detector in the room.

The shower base had pubic hair on it. Mould around with a shower screen was, and the shower base was all scratched and broken.

Hi LeeAnnne Thank you for your feedback Upon inspection of the shower have seen that there is a hairline crack that we were not aware of, solution under way to replace shower tray, no excuse for the hair on floor or shower tray, will address staff to be more vigilant

Room was ok size but very out dated , we had the spa room , spa had broken plastic on fliter, wall and roof had heaps of mould had to step in to spa for a shower as we didnt use the actual spa its slef and spa floor was very slippery , was very buget kind of stay , no milk in fridge , fridge wasnt even turned on , no cutlery to make cuppa if u wanted 2 , we didnt as kettle was feral , getleman at counter was very friendly and helpful , wasnt offered wifi , has basic tv channels split system tool along time to even heat room , l probably wouldnt stay here again

The sofa was so dirty it looked like it had been picked up from the streets! If it wasnt too late in the night i would not stay here at all! How can the management think that such dirty sofa would be ok! I couldnt trust the cleanliness of the bed or anything else! Stay away from this place! I have pictures but this survey doesnt allow any pics upload. You have to see it to believe it!
