Clean spacious tastefully decorated room with lovely views. Breakfast was very good. Clean bathroom but shower needs a screen to stop water splashing to tiles. Didn’t love the COVID check-in as there was no warmth/greeting.
Location is great however needs to drive for meals.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and service was friendly. It was a relaxing and quiet stay with a delicious inclusive breakfast! The only thing i would critique is the photos on the site in regards to suite 3. While the room is identical to suite 1, the view is not and the photos used for suite 3 are from suite 1. Only a minor issue but we used the photos as a guide of what the view was like and were slightly disappointed.
Overall we were happy with our stay :)

When we entered the room matt was wet and colour was fainted.
Mini bar fridge was empty, chairs and table in balcony was very dusty.
Next day morning we had to go to kitchen for breakfast because they were short of staff and were unable to deliver food to our room.
When we attended kitchen, staff’s behaviour was very rude.

Toilet where smelly, not clean.
Breakfast had to be booking day before, we checked in late no prior notification that Breakfast had to be arrange the day before even after i spoke to the staff re: late arrival, i wasn't ask about Breakfast. I was told that i had received a text with the full details.

Be great if you could tell the truth mate instead of blaming everyone around you except yourself for your own ignorance.
Re the toilet, if you had used it before your wife you would have found a pristine presented bathroom with a delightful rosehip odour. Do you think we would still be in business with such a high rating after 14 years if we provided smelly unclean toilets? Really!
Re breakfast and late arrival - With COVID 19 rules we have to follow we have created a contactless arrival that is being easily used by everyone except you the past six weeks and is available 24 hours a day. We also have to co-ordinate social distancing and comply to guests per square metre in the cafe hence we require guests to order the evening before to enable safe allocation of seats. This is made clear in no less than four different communications that we know you received because you had selected pieces of those communications to comply with because they suited you but chose others not to comply with because they didn't.
Go back and read your arrival SMS, read your welcome letter, read your menu, read the mighty big sign at the check-in station and you will see that just as a small courtesy in these dangerous times we need a small piece of information from you to operate.
What an angry man loser. I hope you have better things to do today than to blame others for your disrespect and ignorance.

Very clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Great views of the bay. Easy check in and check out. Onsite parking. Yummy breakfast daily. Excellent service. Beautiful property surrounded by beautiful bushlands and wildlife. Will definatley stay here again soon. We stayed in suite 1.

The property and service were both fabulous! The views of the ocean and wildlife where great. The breakfast was some of the best on our trip.

Nice & quiet area. Lovely breakfast & views. Lots to do in the area. Apartment well kept.
