Staff were friendly, location was great everything is walkable, easy parking available at hotel, rooms were quiet and well equipped, and hotel was well maintained and cleaned well throughout. Breakfast included is nice but selection is basic but everything you need. Would stay again.

View from our window was a bit displeasing otherwise the room was very comfortable.

I have stayed here a few times and have normally loved it.
Not sure if they have had a change of staff but their service was really poor. Front desk staff were really not friendly.
House keeping didn’t clean our room, they just pulled out bedding up and took our towels and left us with none. Had to go to the front desk to get more as they would not bring us up any.
There was one guy collecting dishes from the breakfast who was very nice.
