Clean and comfortable. Great size executive suite. Older style however renovated bathroom was lovely and kitchenette was very useful. Comfortable bed too. Staff very helpful. Will definately return. 👍😊

Unfriendly and ignored guest.

My disappointment with the service I received during my late check-in last night around 10.30pm. The keypad was broken, and after spending 15 minutes on the phone with the night staff, who was unhelpful and seemed reluctant to assist, I finally managed to check in. However, when I went back to my car to retrieve something, the door locked behind me, and the keypad issue persisted. I called the night staff four times, but he ignored my calls, leaving me outside for 20 minutes. As a woman alone late at night, this was a particularly distressing situation. Thankfully, another guest passed by and let me in. This experience has made me feel unsafe and unvalued as a guest, and I believe this reflects very poorly on your establishment.

We are sorry to hear our usual level of service wasn't provided during your stay Georgina. We have spoken with the night manager on shift that evening and unfortunately the mobile phone was left at reception (briefly) whilst he was assisting another late arrival and he wasn't aware you had tried calling. Staff are always happy to assist guests, we apologise if you felt that you were being ignored on this occassion. Staff have been reminded to be extra cautious of having the mobile phone on them at all times to prevent this happening again.

Dodgy neighbour knocked on out door about 10pm telling us he could here us! We had the tv on - not that loud It was just myself and my 7 year old daughter who was asleep! Made me feel quite uncomfortable after that 😠
