Hotel perfect for travellers
Publié le 3 avr. 2012 sur ExpediaHotel very well located. Near stores and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the rail station that will bring you to Melbourne in less than 20 minutes.
Very helpfull and nice staff.

Unlikely to stay there again. No staff on hand, everything down remotely no personalised service

Hi, Gabi, we are a proud, family run motel who pride ourselves on customer service. As you were aware, staff are always on site. You were able to obtain your key via the after hours service, and knew to call any time if any issues arose, you saw us on departure, and did not mention any issues? We wish you all the very best.

Customer service wasn’t great.
Room was average. Shower heads need to be replaced, it flooded the entire bathroom.

The studio room I and my wife had was spotless, the TV and Split System heating worked very well. the general facilities were excellent. Secure parking was a bonus and the assistance of the reception staff and housekeeping was outstanding. This stay made travelling to the airport the next day a lot easier.
