Everything was great except laundry
Publié le 3 mai 2024 sur HotelsMy friends and I booked this place as an emergency stay as we had been hit by a massive wave and all our belongings were wet or broken. It was a fun campsite as we stayed in a cabin. They had a super fun games room and everything so we weren’t bored. The only issue I have is the laundry situation, they have a laundry room which is great but it only takes gold coins. When we got there there was no reception or staff available and so we had to ask people to change our notes for coins, also we realised that you can only get laundry detergent from the front desk but no one was there. I think they should add a change machine as well as a vending machine for laundry supplies as it would take the stress off the customers and staff. Overall though good stay

Shower was broken and the fridge noise didn’t let us sleep. Overall average stay.

The location was easy to find and not far the main street of Rye. The communication of the staff was good, with getting our key being easy and contact free, and our cabin was nice and clean. It was a good size for our family too. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area & would recommend to friends as a great option to stay too.

Horrible internet, the sheets on the bed had a red stain on them not sure if that was blood or not the room in general wasn't the cleanest lots of cob webs the kitchen stove only had one working hub which was essentially useless.
The good parts are it's very close to the main shops it's a short walk and youve got a plethora of shops and food joints the heating and cooling works good

Hello Jared,Thank you for the feedback, could you please contact me regarding the linen as we receive our linen from a reputable company and our staff return any linen that may have the slightest mark on it photos would be good to show my staff and the linen company. I wish you had of brought this to my attention whilst you were here I'm not sure i could have rectified the problem. Why did you sleep in a bed you thought had blood stains on the linen for 3nights any of our staff would have been happy to help you with your concerns please send me some photos i can pass on.RegardsThe Team at Kanasta
